Registration

Registration Fee
The total registration fee is € 675, which includes all lessons, all the meals and drinks and single room lodging. After we receive your registration, we will send you a confirmation email with detailed payment information. An advance payment of € 95 must be paid within 8 days after receiving the confirmation email. If your advanced payment is not made within 8 days, your participation might be cancelled. Those who pay the advanced payment before May 20th. 2019 will get an 'early birds' discount of € 100 and only pay € 575. If sharing room with a flute-friend or partner there is a discount of € 75 for each. The rest of the fee should be paid before June 21st. 2019.

Payment
You may pay either by bank transfer (inside Europe only), credit card or PayPal. Please note that when paying via PayPal a small charge will be added to cover the PayPal fees we are charged.

Cancellation Policy
If Studio E Music Creation cancels a course, the full course fee will be refunded. In case of cancellation by the participant the following rules will be applied:

• if cancellation is made up to four weeks before the start date of the course, only the advance payment will be owed and the rest will be refunded.
• if cancellation is made between four and two weeks before the start date of the course, half of the total course fee will be refunded.
• if cancellation is made within two weeks before the start date of the course, no refund will be made.

Photo and Video
Participants agree that photographs and/or videos taken during the Flute Summer Course may be used by Studio E Music Creation for future publicity purposes.

Emergencies
During the week the staff are available 24 hours/day for emergencies. Our telephone number will be announced in time to the participants. We also ask the participants to provide us with a contact telephone number at home, should any emergency arise with the participant.

Liability
The organization does not arrange any insurance for the participants - if desired, this must be arranged by the participant. The organization accepts no liability for the participant regarding illness or accident unless there is clear evidence of negligence by the organization.

Disputes
If an unexpected dispute arises between the participant and Studio E Music Creation, we will first try to solve the problem with common sense. If no solution results from these consultations, then the board of Studio E Music Creation shall make a binding decision, unless you engage a qualified judicial body within one month of the start of these discussions.
